Publication of the general circular of the Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare

The general circular of the Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) was published on Thursday 23 May 2019 in the Official Bulletin.
This general circular brings together all the regulatory texts relating to the insurance sector and falling within the Authority's regulatory power, in particular the provisions laid down in the various implementing texts of Law No 17-99 on the Insurance Code (implementing decree, decrees and circulars).
In addition, other regulatory texts have been published, namely:
Decree No. 2-18-1009 of 29 April 2019 implementing Act No. 17-99 on the Insurance Code;
Decree No. 2-18-785 of 29 April 2019 implementing Act No. 110-14 establishing a scheme to cover the consequences of catastrophic events and amending and supplementing Act No. 17-99 on the Insurance Code;
Order of the Minister of Economy and Finance No. 367-19 of 30 April 2019 amending Order of the Minister of Finance and Privatisation No. 2240-04 of 14 kaada 1425 (27 December 2004) on the insurance contract;
Order of the Minister of the Interior No. 900-19 of 30 April 2019 establishing the model for the register of victims of catastrophic events and the procedures for their registration.
