ACAPS organizes a training session for insurance intermediaries in the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region

As part of its mission to raise awareness and promote good professional practice, the Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) organized a training session for insurance intermediaries in the Tangier-Teouan-Al Hoceïma region on Thursday May 22nd 2025.

The event, held under the theme of ‘The job of insurance intermediary: understanding the challenges and boosting performance’, is part of the third regional training tour for insurance intermediaries, which was launched in Rabat last April.

This session focused on three topical issues: the entry into force of compulsory All Risks Construction (TRC) and Ten-Year Civil Liability (RCD) insurance, the new instruction on the management of receivables from insurance intermediaries, and the questionnaire on commercial practices recently introduced by the Authority.

Through this initiative, ACAPS is reaffirming its commitment to supporting industry professionals in their efforts to enhance their skills, ensure regulatory compliance and continuously improve their practices.
